Cheezy “Crab” Dip, Vegan


Prep Time 25 mins.

Serves 4 People


3/4 jar Mild OG Vegan Valley Cheeze Sauce

1 can Hearts of Palm 1 can Jackfruit

1 small Purple Onion

1/4 tsp. Smoked Paprika

1/4 tsp. Chopped Parsley

1/4 tsp. Lemon Juice

1/2 cup. Breadcrumbs

Optional: 1 Jalapeno, chopped  


  • Start by cutting the onion into small cubes.
  • Saute in a pan until the onions are soft. 
  • Strain the jackfruit & shred them up with your hands. Do the same with the heart of palm. Make sure that they are really shredded. Then add them into the pan with the onions.
  • Pour the mild original cheeze sauce. Mix it all together until everything is fully coated in sauce.
  • Then, once everything is warm add the breadcrumbs on top & broil on high for 1 minute.
  • Optional: Add jalapeño to the top.
  • Eat with your favorite chips or toast some bread to dip!
