Your Credit Card Information is not stored or held in any way on the veganvalley.com or veganvalley.net website. We use stripe.com to process our credit cards and their high security system helps insure you account info is safe. While our site has some data that is not secure the Credit Card insertion piece is injected via an encrypted key from stripe.com so that your data is safe at all times during your transaction.
When you enter your information on our site other than Credit Card credentials (see Credit Card Information) it is not stored. Each transaction is unique so that you must re-enter your information each time you visit us. We take privacy very seriously and we do not share any of your information nor store on our site.
Our products are made with real ingredients that avoid any preservatives or additives. Because of this our sauces have a short shelf life in certain conditions. Our process of fulfilling your order and delivery sauces to your door is both risky and expensive. But we seek to provide your with these sauces in their most optimal form. As a result of this risk your product may arrive in no-optimal condition that may not meet your satisfaction. If this is the case we reserve the right to offer refunds on a case by case basis. If you do receive sauces in a non-optimal condition please contact us immediately.
When selecting any shipping method that is not 2 Days or under we cannot guarantee product delivery times. This is a limitation with the carrier. By choosing any shipping method other than 2 day you accept all risks in which your product will arrive. We cannot accept refunds for products shipped in this method due to the conditions being outside of our control.
