Alfredo Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Vegan Valley Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips or bread for serving

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix Alfredo sauce, artichoke hearts, spinach, cream cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.
