
Alfredo Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Vegan Valley Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips or bread for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix Alfredo sauce, artichoke hearts, spinach, cream cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.
