
Jalapeño Poppers with Cashew Cheese
Ingredients
- 12 large jalapeños, halved and seeded
- 1/2 cup Vegan Valley Jalapeño sauce
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup vegan cream cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix Jalapeño sauce, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, and parsley.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the mixture and arrange on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm as a spicy appetizer.
