Ingredients

  • 12 large jalapeños, halved and seeded
  • 1/2 cup Vegan Valley Jalapeño sauce
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup vegan cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, mix Jalapeño sauce, breadcrumbs, cream cheese, and parsley.
  • Stuff each jalapeño half with the mixture and arrange on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • Serve warm as a spicy appetizer.
