Chipotle Black Bean & Corn Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1/4 cup diced red onions
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Chipotle sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine black beans, corn, red onions, tomatoes, and Chipotle sauce.
  • Stir in lime juice and chopped cilantro.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill before serving as a dip or topping.
