
Chipotle Black Bean & Corn Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 cup diced red onions
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Chipotle sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine black beans, corn, red onions, tomatoes, and Chipotle sauce.
- Stir in lime juice and chopped cilantro.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill before serving as a dip or topping.
