Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes, cut into fries
  • 1 cup Vegan Valley Nacho sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Toss potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
  • Drizzle Nacho sauce over the fries and top with sliced jalapeños.
