
Nacho Cheese Fries with Jalapeños
Ingredients
- 4 medium russet potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 cup Vegan Valley Nacho sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Toss potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
- Drizzle Nacho sauce over the fries and top with sliced jalapeños.
- Serve immediately as a snack or appetizer.
