Mild Cashew Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz elbow pasta
  • 1 cup Vegan Valley Mild cashew sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a saucepan, heat Mild cashew sauce with almond milk over medium heat.
  • Stir in nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until evenly coated.
  • Serve immediately, optionally garnished with fresh parsley.
