
Mild Cashew Mac & Cheese
Ingredients:
- 12 oz elbow pasta
- 1 cup Vegan Valley Mild cashew sauce
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat Mild cashew sauce with almond milk over medium heat.
- Stir in nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve immediately, optionally garnished with fresh parsley.
