
Mild Cashew Cheese & Herb Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 12 large white mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Vegan Valley Mild cashew sauce
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean mushrooms and remove stems, hollowing out the caps slightly.
- In a bowl, mix Mild cashew sauce, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into each mushroom cap.
- Arrange mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm as an appetizer.
