
Classic Alfredo Fettuccine with Broccoli
Ingredients:
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup Vegan Valley Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup steamed broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add Alfredo sauce and almond milk, stirring until smooth and heated through.
- Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Gently fold in steamed broccoli.
- Serve immediately.
