Classic Alfredo Fettuccine with Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup Vegan Valley Alfredo sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add Alfredo sauce and almond milk, stirring until smooth and heated through.
  • Toss the cooked fettuccine in the sauce until evenly coated.
  • Gently fold in steamed broccoli.
  • Serve immediately.
