
Ranch Veggie Platter with Cashew Ranch Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Vegan Valley Ranch sauce
- Assorted fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, etc.)
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
- Pour Ranch sauce into a serving bowl.
- Arrange assorted fresh vegetables on a large platter around the dip.
- Garnish dip with fresh dill, if desired.
- Serve immediately as a healthy snack or appetizer.
